Quality ledger / six controls

Checked before
it becomes a problem.

Quality is managed across material, construction, function and packing—not left for one inspection at the end.

01 / Production control path

Requirement review

Confirm critical dimensions, functions, finish and packing before sampling.

Material check

Review appearance, color and specification before bulk cutting.

Pre-production sample

Lock the approved construction reference for the production team.

In-line inspection

Monitor workmanship and correct issues during assembly.

Final inspection

Check appearance, function, quantity and agreed requirements.

Packing release

Verify labels, packing method, carton marks and dispatch readiness.

02 / Sample-level evidence

Material testing, tied to the sample.

Selected submitted components were tested against substance limits referenced by EU RoHS 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863. The reports apply to those samples only; the requirements for a new bag order are confirmed separately.

03 / Original document extracts

Selected pages from the tests.

These are selected pages from the four reports above. Open a page to read the original text at full size. Each result applies only to the tested sample.

Page images are excerpts, not complete test reports. Test conclusions and conditions should be read in the context of the complete reports and the specific submitted samples.
